Omnichannel Storage and Fulfillment for the Manufacturing and Retail Industries
GEBHARDT Intralogistics North America is excited to announce that we'll be exhibiting in Atlanta at this year's MODEX 2026. Located in downtown Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center, we'll be located in hall C in booth 13964. As a leading global automation OEM provider, we will be showcasing our ability to provide complete systems for both pallet and tote applications along with our latest in GEBHARDT StoreWare warehouse management system and our new GEBHARDT ElseWare AGV fleet software module. Stop by, or better yet, take a few minutes and schedule an appointment to speak with our team of sales representatives and engineers. We look forward to seeing you there!
Stop By and See GEBHARDT Equipment in Action
GEBHARDT will demonstrate our GEBHARDT OMNIPALLET® live on the show floor. The OMNIPALLET is engineered to maximize efficiency and storage density for both Euro and GMA pallets. Given that there is no assigned location of pallets, the OMNIPALLET is flexible and can store items based on a variety of storage concepts. However, the OMNIPALLET can be used as a high-bay warehouse up to 80' to achieve maximum storage density and it works in both ambient and chilled environments.
Plus, this 4-way pallet shuttle works with ultracap technology that enables quick charging, which means that the OMNIPALLET can work 24/7 without long charging cycles. With limited motors and charging stations, the OMNIPALLET is less expensive to operate than comparable pallet shuttles.
When It Comes to Warehouse Software, There is Truly Another Option
GEBHARDT StoreWare has been powering some of the largest global brands for decades. Plus, now with our acquisition of else software, our software team has truly benefited from having best in class WMS, WCS, Fleet Control for AGVs/AMRs, and insights. Plus, our software easily integrates with SAP—and we have experts that have the experience to work with you in finding exactly what you need and how to move forward. So, no matter which module you need, GEBHARDT StoreWare can help.
A Smarter Way to Automate Your AGV Fleet
Autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) offer a great first step into automation. It’s typically done at a much lower cost point, and it can also easily scale as your business needs. However, trying to incorporate AGVs into an overall strategy when it comes to picking, storage, or even route management, it can seem a bit overwhelming. This is why GEBHARDT provides STOREWARE FleetSync, an easy-to-use fleet control software that integrates with seamlessly into an existing WMS or works as a standalone with a built in WMS feature.
Flexible Routing and AGV Optimization
With manned forklifts, a WMS will feed order information from the ERP and human operators will go and execute each order independently. With GEBHARDT STOREWARE FleetSync, your fleet of AGVs work directly with the ERP given the built in WMS feature. The planning of the orders and the execution of the picking is completely done prior to sending the order “pick” down to the AGV. By combining this real time fleet orchestration with order and inventory intelligence, STOREWARE FleetSync automatically turns your fleet of AGVs into mobile picking AGVs. The system optimizes picking based on the number of orders, traffic, and storage locations. This solution is the perfect first step into automation without having to purchase a large ASRS solution.
