Core Functions
The GEBHARDT Galileo IoT platform gives a clear overview of all logistics system data whenever you need it. This overview gives you the capability to monitor the status of all intralogistics systems across multiple tenants and even down to each individual component. This involves collecting and processing data from number of different sources.
Data includes machine data from control systems and components, physical variables with proprietary condition monitoring sensor capabilities, operational data with GEBHARDT warehouse management software and performance data with GEBHARDT warehouse control systems. Analysis of material flow data, for example, provides information about current performance of the intralogistics system and its wear parameters.
Once the data is compiled and aggregated along with using machine learning algorithms, the results are displayed visually. The platform displays everything in an easy-to-read dashboard--giving you mission control right at your fingertips.
In addition, augmented reality applications are used along with software that visually displays 3D models. The 3D models fulfill the requirements for a digital twin given that all the data necessary for the system is stored together making it easy to track the design, configure changes, as well as obtain the state of the system during any time. Master data along with project data from the ERP system also enriches the Galileo IoT platform—making it truly an intralogistics command center.
